Definition

What is the 3-day retreat?

Three days of sādhanā: a simple rhythm of practice, rest and reflection, from morning practice to evening Āratī, Kīrtan and stillness. The short retreat gives you time to slow down without needing a full week away.

It is not a deep reset in three days, and it does not pretend to be. For a full week, see the 7-day retreat at Phool Chatti.
