The retreats

What is a Yogamani yoga retreat?

A Yogamani retreat is time away from your routine, built around daily sadhana: yoga and pranayama, meditation, mantra, simple sattvic meals and quiet time. Each retreat has its own setting and rhythm, guided by a teacher who lives and teaches the practice.

It is not a spa and it is not sightseeing. Every retreat, whatever its length or setting, keeps the same three things: practice every day, simple food and a quiet place to do it.
