Definition

What is a Yoga Deep Dive Course?

A Yoga Deep Dive Course gives you the time and structure to study yoga more deeply in Rishikesh, whether you join for one week or stay for a full month.

Choose the subjects you want to explore and build your schedule around them. Alongside regular practice classes, Deep Dive students receive study material and additional weekly theory sessions that connect the practice with the ideas behind it.

It is not a teacher training or a retreat. It is a structured way to spend more time learning, practising and understanding yoga.

Why go deeper

Why go deeper?

A class gives you an hour. A month with one practice gives you repetition, correction, and the time to ask better questions each week.

You don't always need another qualification. Sometimes you simply need more time with the practice.
