What is a one day yoga retreat?
A Yogamani One Day Retreat is a full-day experience designed to help you discover the Rishikesh that exists beyond the usual yoga and sightseeing circuit. The day brings together yoga, pranayama, meditation, a sattvic meal, guided experiences and time in a different setting.
Each retreat has its own place and theme: a village, forest, river, cave, hill, ashram or a local cultural experience. Some editions may begin at different times or have a different format depending on the experience.
