The retreat

What is the 7-day retreat?

A week to step away from your usual routine and give yourself time for practice. The retreat follows a simple rhythm of Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, sound healing, mantra, sattvic meals, silence and satsang, with the Ganga and forest around you.

It is not a resort holiday or a sightseeing trip. It is a week inside a working ashram, open to all levels, including beginners. Retreat groups are kept small, with around 6–10 participants.
