Method

How we teach together

The same teachers, the same timetable, every day. Corrections are given in person, not called out across the room. A teacher who cannot answer a question says so and finds the answer.

Hidden Gems

Hidden Gems A monthly profile

“Unveil your inner gem” points two ways. A student unveils their own. Yogamani unveils the hidden gems of yoga: teachers, acharyas and teachings that would otherwise stay unknown.

Each month, the Journal profiles one: a teacher, a practitioner supported through Brahma Seva (always with their consent), or a practice almost nobody teaches, such as Swar Yoga or Nāda Yoga.
