His story
In his own words, in order
Manish grew up in Brij Kshetra, the land of devotion. His grandmother gave him his first practice: bhakti, mantra-japa and silence.
After school he moved to Gurgaon and lived the life most people live. He began visiting Rishikesh around 2017, helping Japanese seekers who came to study. In 2020 he left that life and went to Kedarnath, and spent almost three years there in sadhana, learning from his Guru, from saints and from the Himalayas themselves. He studied sound healing, Ayurveda and jyotish alongside yoga.
He came back and started Yogamani. He teaches in Hindi, English and Japanese.
